Keep Your Nasal Passages Clean
Keeping nasal passages clean lets you breathe without any obstruction. Best way to keep your nasals clean is to rinse them twice a day. It is recommended that you rinse them with saline solution. You can easily get the solution at local pharmacy. If you want you can make the solution at home as well. Take a nasal squirt bottle. Add 1 cup distilled water with half teaspoon of salt and ¼ teaspoon of baking powder, your saline solution is ready.
Pineapple is Very Effective
Enzyme named bromelain is there in pineapple. It is an anti-inflammatory which is very effective in minimizing the swelling in the nasal passages. So, if you have swelling in your nasal passages, you should eat pineapple or drink pineapple juice. It provides ease to your sinus pain and you won’t find any difficulty in breathing.
Just Rub Your Feet
If you rub your feet, it will enhance the blood and oxygen flow in your body. It eventually reduces the congestion and inflammation and you would be able to breathe easily. You should rub your feet twice a day for best results. You should use a good massage cream.
Alcohol is Your Biggest Enemy
Alcohol might send you to different world where you can enjoy your life better. However, in reality alcoholic based beverages cause your nasal and sinus membranes to swell. If you have sinusitis, you should refrain from alcohol completely especially during sinus attack.
